Strawberry Southside is a cool, refreshing classic cocktail made with Indoggo Strawberry Gin, lime juice, mint simple syrup, and fresh mint.

Ingredients

2 oz strawberry gin (I used Indoggo Strawberry Gin)
1 oz lime juice
¾ oz mint simple syrup
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously.
Pour contents into a coupe glass (or any glass, really).
Garnish with mint.
Enjoy!
