The ladies of Cabaret and Cocktails can definitely down a bottle of wine in no time flat. But, pro-tip, we always drink the good stuff first. We love sampling small (and large) vineyards and Perissos Vineyard and Winery in Hill Country Texas was absolutely delightful! Definitely try the “Italian Stallion” if you get a chance.

Ingredients

I bottle of Perissos Red

Instructions

Open bottle and let air for a few minutes (if you can)
Pour into glass
Enjoy. Repeat.
