Sadie loves a good G&T, but this Empress Gin and Tonic she kicked up a notch with magical Empress Gin featuring exotic butterfly pea blossom. Yum!

Ingredients

2 oz Empress Gin 1908
4-6 oz Tonic, Spectacular
Lime wedge

Instructions

In a highball glass filled with ice, pour the gin.
Top with tonic and stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
