French Passion is a tropical twist on the classic French 75! We love using what Maui has to offer, and this drink is the perfect example. Light, refreshing, easy to drink, and full of just the right amount of tarty sweetness.

Ingredients *

1-2oz gin, I chose Aviation Gin
¾ oz passion fruit juice
½ oz simple syrup, I used a lovely Sugarcane Dane Tropical Syrup
2 oz Champagne
Starfruit for garnish

*Please note my measurements are rarely exact. Pour for your pleasure and drink responsibly.

Instructions

Mix the gin, passion fruit juice, and simple syrup together in a shaker with a generous amount of ice.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with chilled champagne.
Garnish with starfruit.
