Pear Vanilla Whiskey Sour
Sadie Vine has definitely been into the whiskey sours lately and this Pear Vanilla Whiskey Sour version is absolutely worth the extra work! FYI, the picture also shows a little egg white topper…cause she’s fancy.
Ingredients
- 2oz whiskey
- 1oz lemon juice
- 3/4oz pear vanilla syrup
Vanilla Pear Simple Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pear (peeled and cubed)
- 1 TBsp vanilla paste

Instructions
Vanilla Pear Simple Syrup:
- Combine water, sugar, and pear in a pot and simmer until sugar is dissolved
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Let sit for 30 mins
- Strain and chill for an hour before using
Pear Vanilla Whiskey Sour:
- Combine all whiskey, lemon juice, and pear vanilla syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker is cold.
- Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Enjoy!
