Sadie loves a good G&T, and thankfully she was well enough to have one or two of Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin and Tonic!

Ingredients

2 oz gin, Sadie used Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
4-6 oz tonic water, to taste
Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the gin
Top with tonic, chilled is best
Gently stir to combine
Garnish with lime
