Well, someone had to take one for the team and double-up on wine consumption. This week I was lucky enough to sample these two excellent wines at a local non-profit called Little Matt’s.

2017 Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon & 2018 Murphy Goode Cabernet Sauvignon were both excellent, but this restaurant was even better—excellent service, a fun arcade, adult-friendly food, and a worthy cause—all proceeds go to Texas Children’s Hospital.

If you are ever in the Houston area, I highly recommend this spot!

Ingredients

1 bottle of 2017 Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon
1 bottle of 2018 Murphy Goode Cabernet Sauvignon

Instructions

Open both bottles and let air for a few minutes (if you can)
Pour into separate glasses
Enjoy. Repeat
