We’ve already gotten the 2-1-1 on Sadie’s Bourbon Sour cocktail, so here is a little reminder on how to add the exquisite egg foam to elevate your cocktail game.

Ingredients

1.5 oz whiskey/bourbon
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 egg white

Instructions

“Dry shake” all the ingredients in a shaker—the more you shake, the more foam you’ll get
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill
Pour into your coupe glass and garnish (optional)
Enjoy!
