We’ve already gotten the 2-1-1 on Sadie’s Bourbon Sour cocktail, so here is a little reminder on how to add the exquisite egg foam to elevate your cocktail game.
- 1.5 oz whiskey/bourbon
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- “Dry shake” all the ingredients in a shaker—the more you shake, the more foam you’ll get
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill
- Pour into your coupe glass and garnish (optional)
