Bourbon Sour with Egg White

We’ve already gotten the 2-1-1 on Sadie’s Bourbon Sour cocktail, so here is a little reminder on how to add the exquisite egg foam to elevate your cocktail game.


  • 1.5 oz whiskey/bourbon
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

  1. “Dry shake” all the ingredients in a shaker—the more you shake, the more foam you’ll get
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill
  3. Pour into your coupe glass and garnish (optional)
  4. Enjoy!
